Within walking distance to the Farmer’s Market, Hope Gardens has seen a brisk  gentrification over the past several years.   This 1920′s style craftsmen was a custom build infill project designed to fit within the historic neighborhood building guidelines.  As a matter of fact, The Historical Commission of Metropolitan Nashville-Davidson County awarded us an Architectural Award for this project in 2009.
