1077 2nd Avenue South
Just minutes from downtown Nashville and equidistance from the Fairgrounds and the new Music City Convention Center, this early 1900′s Victorian was begging for some tender loving care. With great bones to start from this beauty was purchased, renovated, and sold to the first couple who viewed her all in about six months. It is sometimes hard for people to believe the before and after pictures are the same house. Our work did not go unnoticed, as this gem won us our third Historical Commission of Metropolitan Nashville-Davidson County Preservation Award in 2010. Enjoy!
