As Nashville continues to grow, so are the opportunities in emerging neighborhoods. As prices began to skyrocket in trendy areas like Sylvan Heights, people are pushed just a little further out for reasonably priced, conveniently located homes near the city.
Enter Nations, or the newly named Historic West Nashville, area. This area has exploded onto the scene over the past several years because of its location to everything and its rich, abundant supply of hip, unmolested old houses. When this opportunity on Illinois became available, we pounced. This craftsmen had been in the family since September of 1960 and by the looks of things, that was the last time it was paid any attention. We can’t wait to bring it back to its former glory.
