Like something out of the A&E TV show, Hoarders, this house was packed to the ceiling with stuff, including never before experienced aromas! Finally the City of Nashville had enough and the house was claimed inhabitable.
Enter, FMBC Investments! After purchasing, renovating, and winning an Historic Preservation Award for the neighboring house located at 1077 2nd Ave. S., we have been trying to get our hands on this one and it just fell right in our laps. Even though we seen worse, at least this house had all four exterior walls, unlike its neighbor’s house before we started.
